We are working to get into Greensburg, KS to help victims of the tornadoes there. We are working with Brown Shoe Fit Co., area churches, radio and TV station, and Operation Compassion for shoe distribution in Kansas.
It is still just a little early to have a plan in concrete as so many people are displaced and the area is shut down completely to outside groups. Relief teams hope to be operating in full force by Wednesday (5-9), which will give us the infrastructure we need to distribute shoes. A local college and high school about 12 miles away may be our best point of distribution.
We will keep you posted with final plans.
